SYL Ltd. & employees reserves the right to refuse any unsafe working conditions at any time. In regards to free estimates, SYL Ltd. reserves the right to increase the estimate cost 5%-20% for any unforeseen ground conditions and large amounts of garbage inside soil on property. If landscaping plan deviates from original and if any extras are added, there will have to be additional agreement between both parties. Quotes will not be free ( price will vary from size of job & if design photos/drawings wanted) Any deviation to original plan and or any extras added will need to be negotiated and agreed by both parties as costs will increase. Any projects 10,000 CAD and above will be subject to a 40% deposit morning of commencing project. Any projects 30,000 CAD and above will be subject to a 5% non refundable deposit once estimate or quote is approved. Following that, a 40% deposit will be required the morning of commencing project .Any projects under 10,000 CAD will be expected to be paid in full within 7days of completion. Any projects over 10,000 CAD will be expected to be paid in full within 30day from completion. All overdue invoices will be considered withdrawn and subject to a 2% penalty monthly compounding. SYL Ltd. is fully insured, in exceptional standing with WCB, holder of a valid National safety code certificate & holder of valid ground disturbance certification.
